Experience - minimum 1-2 year of experience in Operations
Job Responsibilities -
- Support PL Head of Department in carrying out programs for Teachers, Children & all the stakeholders
- Help in developing the monitoring system with respect to smooth functioning of the PL across India.
- Ensure the achievement of budgeted targets of the department.
- Monitor the programs, documentation and reporting of all the programs.
- Assist the Office Bearers in the formulation and execution of operational policies and procedures.
- Undertake special studies / research assignments/ any other assignments as and when assigned by the Head of Department.
- Ensure appropriate utilization of curricular support resources at department and Rec level
- Manage access and prepare analysis of all programs and activities to identify operational gaps and opportunities and make recommendations as appropriate
