Location - Hyderabad
Qualification - Bachelor’s in Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience if B.E. or 4 years’ experience if Diploma in construction or real estate with emphasis on housing project in urban and rural area. Experience in social sector is preferred.
Skills Required -
1. Able to understand construction quality assurance and control parameters.
2. Working knowledge of design software like AutoCAD and latest CAD software.
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Knowledge of building codes for India for low cost construction.
5. Documentations for Projects for the reference of Donors, Regulatory authorities and beneficiaries.
