The World CSR Day presented the Goa State CSR leadership awards 2017 at Panaji recently, recognising leaders who have contributed value and made a change as a strategic tool for sustainable growth. Parvish Andani Kamat, owner of Anka Services, was awarded for her voluntary work at the hands of Shri Mauvin Godinhno, Minister for Panchayat
Parvish is the founder chairperson of CII-Indian Women Network Goa Chapter from 2014-2016 and earlier the Goa Chamber Women Wing, a women’s network to keep women ahead in every respect. She was awarded the MBA scholarship certificate of “Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Certificate of Leadership and Management” from Indian School of Business-ISB Hyderabad.
Parvish Andani is the owner of Anka Services which is Goa’s leading Marketing Communications firm specializing in Online and Offline PR.
Talking about her achievements and the award Parvish says “Being an Ismaili has been a cornerstone of my life, the faith has influenced my decisions and life. When we pray we pray for others first, then ourselves, seva or serving others helps us remain humble, we see that every day in practice at our prayer houses."
Parvish believes in giving back to the community and has been associated with community institutions since her teenage years. She has been a part of the Women’s Activity portfolio, Social Welfare Board and was also the Chairperson of the Local Education Board.
