Venue
All celebrations will take place at the Dubai Airshow site at Dubai World Central (DWC).

Facilities
A valid Access Card will be required for entry to the venue and Jamati members will be required to undergo a full security check prior to entrance to the Hall.
In accordance with local law we request that you always carry your Emirates ID or another official form of photographic identification at all times.
A dedicated access lane will be available for those using wheelchairs and people of determination. Volunteers will be available at the entrance of the venue to assist and to push wheelchairs.
First Aid teams will be available inside the Hall. There will be a central First Aid facility on site and ambulances will be available in case of an emergency. Should any Jamati member encounter a health problem or become aware of a medical emergency, please immediately notify the nearest volunteer or First Aid team member.
There will be a mothers room and baby changing facilities at the venue. Milk and baby formula, diapers, baby food, and other baby supplies will be permitted in the Hall. Strollers will not be permitted in the venue.
Four Lost and Found desks will be located at the venue. Lost articles should be reported to volunteers at the desks and found articles handed to the volunteers at the desks.
Emergency Exits
Emergency exits will be clearly marked. Jamati members are requested to familiarise themselves with their nearest exit. In case of an emergency, instructions will be announced through the PA system. Follow the instructions from the volunteers and remain calm. Volunteers directing emergency procedures can be identified by arm bands.
Prohibited Items
On the Mulaqat Day, no mobile phones or other electronic devices will be permitted in the venue.
This includes any device capable of recording or otherwise capturing audio, video or still images, or storing, broadcasting or receiving data. This includes smartphones, smartwatches, cameras, tablets or personal computers. All such items are prohibited and will be confiscated and disposed of. There will be no on-site facility for the storage of any such devices. The Jamat is therefore requested not to bring these items to the venue. For those who need to make urgent calls, emergency phones will be provided by the security team.
On all other days, mobile phones and other such devices will be permitted at venue.
In addition to mobile phones and other recording devices, the following items will not be permitted into the venue on all days:
- Strollers
- Folding chairs
- Laser pointers
- Selfie sticks
- Aerosols
- Sharp objects
- Luggage
- Signs and placards
- Water bottles**
**Water bottles will be supplied at the venue, please do not bring your own.
