Registration
All members of the Jamat across the Jurisdiction must register on IIUK.org in order to access the UK or France Mulaqat.
Registration has now closed and cards are being printed for a
ll those who have completed registration.
Details on card collection will be available in due course.
If you wish to edit or amend details such as your choice with reg
ards to Jamati ceremonies, this will be
possible via the registration team who will be available at a c
entral location on dates to be advised.

registration period are being worked through by the registration t

your registration by logging on to IIUK>org and viewing you
r card collection form. This will reflect the

Members of the Jamat who have registered for Jamati Ceremonies
will be conveyed information regarding
specific times and dates of their allocated ceremony at the time
of card collection. It is not possible to
express a preference or to swop an allocation.
Registration has now closed. Thank you to all members of the Jamat who have completed registration. The final day to collect your UK Mulaqat Card from your local Jamatkhana is Friday 15 June. From 18 June, UK Mulaqat cards will be available to collect from West London Jamatkhana.
Please note: all existing session allocations for the Jamati ceremonies at the Ismaili Centre are no longer valid. Revised allocations will be made for the ceremonies taking place at the Ismaili Centre on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 June. You will receive a letter in the post informing you of your allocation nearer the time, enclosing an Ismaili Centre Ceremony Pass. It is important to attend the session you are registered for, as there will be no opportunity to re-allocate your session time. The Jamat’s understanding and cooperation in this matter is much appreciated.

Transport
Coaches to ExCeL are being organised from each Jamatkhana for those who have pre-booked a place Coach times will be conveyed shortly.

Accommodation
Members are the Jamat are responsible for making their travel and accommodation arrangements.
A number of hotels are available with special offers for members of the Jamat attending the UK Mulaqat. Jamatkhanas are also arranging coach travel to and from ExCeL on the day of the Mulaqat. You may find it easier to find a hotel closer to a Jamatkhana and travel to ExCeL.

On the day facilities
Information regarding the Mulaqat venue and facilities.
Darbar Venue: ExCeL, Friday 29 June
- Car Parking, inc. disabled Car Parking. There is ample car parking available at and near ExCeL. Pay and display parking is also available on the day at a cost of £20.
- A return coach service from local Jamatkhanas for those who have pre-booked a space.
- Pick up and Drop off points will be available at both entrances and; wheelchairs will be available to assist where required.
- Cloakroom facilities will be available, although limited storage for large bags.
- Medical Centre and First Aid teams for emergency care and support.
- Space for nursing mothers and for pushchairs to be kept during ceremonies (likely to be outside the Darbar Hall).
- Space for non-Ismaili family members to wait during ceremonies.
- Shared storage.
- Mobile phone lockers
No electronic devices (incl. mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, cameras and laptops) will be permitted in the Darbar Hall.
A limited number of lockers are available for storing electronic devices. Members of the Jamat who require this facility are encouraged to book in advance.
The lockers are large enough to hold many personal devices and can be shared.
Lockers are available to pre book at both entrances to the venue at a cost of £10 each.

Special Needs
Information for all those who have special or additional needs.
Members of the Jamat are encouraged to consider all special needs at the time of registration and include any relevant information during that process. If you would like to talk to someone about your specific circumstances, please email [email protected] or speak to Nilufer Vira whose number can be found on the IIUK App.
The following lists out some needs that may warrant additional consideration ahead of the UK Mulaqat:

- Physical mobility problems and need assistance
- Visual impairment and need to be guided
- Hard of hearing or deaf and need assistance
- Medical special needs:
- Requiring constant or special medical care
- At the time of UK Visit are in a hospital, nursing home, hospice, residential home, or having frequent appointments at hospital
- On oxygen therapy or regular nebulisers
- Receiving peritoneal dialysis
- Are terminally ill, receiving treatment for cancer, and /or vulnerable to infection
- Mental health
- Autism
- Challenging behaviour
- Other special needs
Please note: An area will be allocated in the Darbar Hall for wheelchairs, and for people with high dependency needs. Please declare your requirements at the time of registering.
Health Passport
Jamati members who have special needs and take medication regularly are strongly encouraged to complete a health passport. This health passport will provide the necessary information to ensure that Jamati members can be treated safely and quickly in the event of an emergency.
The Health Passport is available to download here or you can contact [email protected]. This Health Passport should be carried with you at all UK Mulaqat events.
Non-Ismaili Carers
Please ensure you state at the time of registration that you have a non-Ismaili carer who assists you and who is required to accompany you to UK Mulaqat events.
Non-Ismaili carers are welcome to accompany you to and from ExCeL; however for the duration of the Darbar, they will not be able to enter the Hall and will instead be invited to relax in the ICC Capital Suite.
The ICC Capital Suite can be accessed from the east entrance. Please enter ExCeL via the east entrance - Drop off points are available.

Non-Ismaili carers are welcome to accompany you to and from ExCeL; however for the duration of the Darbar, they will not be able to enter the Hall and will instead be invited to relax a separate area.

At the Ismaili Centre, there will be limited space for non-Ismaili Carers to wait.
