My Golden Events

On June 8th, seniors participated in a yoga session, with yoga instructer Paula Roque.

On June 17th a session with the therapist Beatriz Silva will be held, in the program "Lifestyles redesign".

Active Memory

On June 7th, seniors were the protagonists of the Active Memory session, through singing, dancing and stories.

Senior Choir

Jamati seniors continue taking part in the senior choir every Wednesday, through the Zoom platform.

IT classes

IT classes take place on Saturdays.

English classes

Basic English classes take place every Wednesday and intermediate English on Fridays.

Elderly Gym Class

Senior gym classes take place on Tuesdays and Fridays, in Lisbon and Oeiras, and on Wednesdays, in Seixal.
