Our gastronomic heritage is unique and part of our identity as a community, because it is the result of life in different continents, in different eras. It tells a story. And that story must be shared and celebrated.
We want to keep this heritage very much alive and that means it is always evolving and adapting to our way of life.
As you will see, in this first series, we will have dishes that are part of our history, our tradition, but, in some cases, have been adapted to the current times. They are easy to make but they still have the richness they deserve.
Over the next few weeks we will leave here the video links to the recipes, so you can watch them at any time. We will also make available the written recipes, so you can save them.
