Update on the Exceptional And Temporary Measures In Force During the Public Calamity Situation
Measures already in place that was just reinforced:
• Mandatory use of face mask in public and private establishments and institutions as well as on public street.
• Restaurants, bars and similar -> Open all days of the week, from 06:00 to 22:00 with a prohibition of dance floors and dance spaces.
• PCR test still mandatory for international flights from and to Angola, done a maximum of 72 Hours before the flight.
• Public transportation continues to work on a maximum capacity of 75%.
• Commercial activities (supermarkets, shops, etc) from 07:00 to 20:00.
• Beaches and public access pools allowed from 15th September.
• Recommendation of home enclosure from 24:00 to 05:00.
• Religious activities allowed every day of the week.
• Individual practice of sports from 05:00 to 20:00.
• Maximum of 15 PAX on home gatherings.
• Cinemas allowed to open until 22:00.
Main modifications:
• Travel Registration Form no longer necessary for international flights to Angola.
• End of quarantine for citizens who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and who presents a negative Covid-19 test result on the antigen test done at airport upon arrival.
• For the provinces with community circulation of the virus (Luanda for instance) its mandatory to perform a serological test with negative result (valid for 7 days) to exit the province by road.
• For domestic flights, its mandatory to present a serological test with negative result, done a maximum of 72 Hours before the flight.

Modification of the 207/21 Presidential Decree
Main modifications:
• Its highly recommended the vaccination for citizens who do interprovincial travels, as well as for Health and Law enforcement/Security professionals.
• Public and private companies are allowed to request a Covid-19 negative test result, for collaborators who do not have vaccine as a condition to access the company.
• Under 18 years citizens are excluded from immunization recommendation.
• For those who are vaccinated, a vaccination certificate is issued by MINSA trough the website: https://vacina.gov.ao/certificado.aspx.
• It is now mandatory to present at the airport the vaccination certificate for all citizens who intend to exit Angola.
• For those who only have 1 dose of the vaccine, you can present the proof of 1st dose vaccination.
• Certificates from other countries are accepted as proof of vaccination.
