Update on the Exceptional and Temporary Measures to Be in Force During the Public Calamity Situation
Quarantine special regime:
• People doing short term official travels or other travels of public interest defined by the Health Ministry, with a duration inferior of 72 Hours, are dismissed of doing the quarantine.
Teaching establishments:
• Continuity of teaching activities at all levels of public, private, and international teaching establishments.
• Opening of cafeterias for exclusive use of students on pre-school teaching.
• As long as there is an interdiction on cafeterias operation for students above the pre-school teaching, it is authorized the individual snacks in classrooms during the break period.
Vaccination:
• Recommended immunization for the following professional categories: health, education, defense and security forces and others indicated by health authorities.
Special protection:
• Special protection duty for vulnerable citizens, namely: over 60 years old, chronic ills and pregnant woman.
Festive gatherings:
• Prohibition of festive gatherings in non-domestic place.
• Sanctions: Compulsory closure of the premises and fine up to 300.000,00 AKZ.
Sports:
• Authorized sporting competitions in federated sports including fighting, swimming and sportive fishing.
