To coincide with this special date, we are launching the 13th issue of the Bulletin of the Jamat of Spain. Through this editorial we would like to take the opportunity to emphasise the importance of two issues:
Firstly, the importance of keeping the registry of Ismaili members of each family updated on the Ismaili Institutions Directory (IIPT: https://iiportugal.org/Navigation/index_login.php?cookietest=1).
New members, members who do not reside anymore in the jurisdiction or any changes in your personal data, must be updated so relevant information about members is at hand at all times.
And secondly, to remind you that the Ismaili institutions are within your reach, with courses, support and events of an educational, religious and leisure nature, which aim to keep the Jamat united, and offer access to unique opportunities to broaden networking and personal and professional skills. We are aware that it is not always easy to participate in these events, since there is not a Jamati presence in every location, and at times the means to participate are limited. However, if interest and motivation is what drives you, together we can find ways to achieve our goals.
You can contact our National Council member, Yasmín Shabudine, for any information, question or suggestion you may have. Your support is very welcome and essential for the growth and wellbeing of our Jamat in Spain.
We would also like to invite all those members who have particular skills or expertise and a bit of time, to join our teams within the Spanish National Council. Your skills can be harnessed in ways that help improve the quality of life of other Jamati members and promote the common good.

For instance, last week, distinguished personalities attended a reception at the Diwan of the Ismaili Imamat in Lisbon, to commemorate the 67th anniversary of the Imamat of Mawlana Hazir Imam, for which we include the video link: https://the.ismaili/global/news/imamat-news/video-imamat-day-reception-held-the-diwan-the-ismaili-imamat .
