The Aga Khan Schools is hiring a Project Manager for a Global HRIS project to manage the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS across 11 countries and ensuring a phased, timely, and smooth deployment.
The PM, HRIS is responsible for the full lifecycle of the project from Project Planning and RFP Development; Vendor Management; Stakeholder Mapping and Engagement; Workshops, Business Requirements; Implementation Planning Project Roadmap; Data Migration and Integration. System Design, Configuration and Testing; Training and Change Management to Go-Live.
