The Aga Khan Schools (AKS) is hiring a Safeguarding and Well-being Lead to instigate a culture of child protection and work ethic across the organization by developing and maintaining a high standard of organizational duty of care.
The lead will also be the point of reference on safeguarding and well-being for AKS and will build capacity in others and be a source of expertise as our schools provide a safe, secure environment for learning and working. The ideal candidate will have related qualifications, knowledge and practical experience of safeguarding and child protection. S/he has the ability to oversee organizational projects with large scope/impact and with institutional change implications.
