One of the best ways to avoid contractinv COVID-19 and passing it on to others, is to self isolate and stay at home. Whilst at home, it's important to maintaing routine and keep healthy. 

 

The following steps can also help you fight infections and maintain your immunity:
1. A healthy diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and less fat.
2. Enough rest.
3. Drinking lots of fluids, especially water.
4. Regular exercise.
