About Economic Planning Board (EPB)

EPB contributes to the Jamat's economic development across four areas of engagement: employment, the Jamat's economic security, its economic sustainability, and its economic growth.

Role description

Working in tandem with an EPB member specialising in tech and its financing, and in liaison with the other members of the Board, the Event Manager's role will be to contribute to the organisation of a prestigious EPB tech event scheduled for April 2025, particularly with regard to logistics, speakers and their preparation, and post-event content.

Profile

- Well-rounded, enterprising and organised, able to work independently and rigorously, with good interpersonal skills in French and English.
- A team player with an interest in technology.
- No previous experience of the events industry is required, but previous experience of a similar nature would be advantageous.
