Location - Gujarat (NEG, NS, SS)
Qualification - HSC / Graduate
Experience - Minimum 5 year of voluntary experience within community.
Job Responsibilities -
- Ensure smooth implementation of Habitat Improvement Programs at housing society level.
- Responsible for housing society level project implementation and monitoring
- Be focal point of contact for housing society and program manager in the region.
- Conduct appropriate field research to determine needs and set objectives, planning detailed activities, monitoring progress, providing solution, and course correction.
- Conduct regular home visits and society visit to monitor the progress of Housing Societies project implementation process and prepare periodic progress reports as required.
- Maintain good relationship with communities, housing societies, relevant government authorities, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders.
- To ensure that meeting updates / reports are documented and maintained appropriately.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting authority.
Skills Required - Good communication and co-ordination skills, Basic Computer knowledge, Open to learn
